Chaparral Riding Stables offers clinics and horse and rider training for poles & barrel races, play days, arena rentals and more.

Our advanced riding course covers Speed Events (including barrel racing and pole bending.  We can also provide training services for your horse on barrels, poles and all playday and speed events.  If you do not have a horse for barrels, poles or speed events, we can help you find one.  

To take lessons in speed events, you must have completed and received a certificate for the first two courses as a prerequisite: Basic Horsemanship and Trail Riding or be able to demonstrate the equivalent riding skills before beginning barrel racing and/or pole bending and speed event lessons.
